| Annette Fussell - Featured Artist - Gallery On Glassell |
![]() | Color and form help chronicle Annette Fussell’s love affair with Spain, Latin America and the American Southwest. Whether working in pastel or oil, Fussell has been influenced by the work of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. Her shadowing draws viewers into her paintings and holds them captive in a celebration of the landscape and culture. Her travels are often the source of inspiration for her art. Fussell’s early education began in Spain and Italy studying the masters of Italian Renaissance. She completed her BA in Colorado and MA at CSUF. “My art is derived from scenes taken on my journeys. I relive them through my art.” |
