Gallery On Glassell's Spring Salon
The rains of the fall and winter have started working their magic. In the coming weeks, California’s hills will transform from green to a palette splashed with the colors of mustard, poppies, lupine and sage. At the same time, we invite you to find elements to transform your home at the Gallery On Glassell’s Spring Salon, a combination of new paintings, gourmet food and accessories. It all starts Sat., March 26, 6-9 p.m.
New still life paintings by William Galvez in the style of the Spanish and Flemmish masters capture nature’s bounty in its full glory. Sunni Gibbons’ paintings of men and women harvesting the bounty of northern Santa Barbara County remind us of the hard work that yields the elements of California cuisine.
New paintings by Linda Brown show California’s landscapes in their Spring glory and paintings of architectural details by Beth Ashley remind us of the Spanish Colonial influence that surrounds us. We continue to seek out artists who celebrate the many cultures that have fused into the California experience.
Along with the new paintings, you can sample new gourmet items from California and around the world that take everyday dining and entertaining to new heights.
Come celebrate Spring with us.
