“Secrets of the Well Stocked Bar”
Join us this Sunday, Oct. 30, 2-5 p.m. at The Gallery On Glassell for “Secrets of the Well Stocked Bar.”
Most of you probably already have your favorite wines and distilled liquors. We’re about to show you how to unlock their magic through the use of two families of gourmet products: Sonoma Syrups from California and balsamics from Northern Italy.

Some of the Sonoma Syrups are perfect for making non-alcoholic drinks by mixing them with your favorite sparkling water. Others beg to be included in your favorite coffee drink. Some of them pair well with rum or tequila. All of them make fantastic champagne cocktails.
Besides salads, the balsamics are great with cheeses and meats. But they also make great martinis. After you sample some of our favorites and the way they enhance flavors, you’ll be hooked.
