Scott Fitzgerald is an artist with the vision of a romantic and the craft of an old master. A native Californian, he received a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Art from California State University, Fullerton. For twelve years, he devoted himself to etching - producing prints in a painstakingly intricate style.

Fitzgerald shifted to oil painting at the end of the 1980’s. He builds up as many as five separate layers of paint to create the rich textures that bring incredible depth to his work.

Scott travels throughout California and the West exploring nature and capturing it at its best.
